CHRISTMAS CHEER

Christmas comes but once a year and with it comes Christmas cheer…and ugly sweaters. Along with candy canes and Christmas tree traditions college students around the world have embarked on making new traditions of their own. Ugly sweater parties are included in those new traditions. Every Christmas season campus houses across the nation take part in this festivity.

Stocked with eggnog, vodka, and beers, kids gather round trees, stockings, and pong tables in the ugliest get up money can put together or simply raid their grandparents attic. This tradition has been going on for many years but here at OSKY we decided to switch it up a bit.

Rather than wool sweaters that smell of musk and old people we took a shot at printing our own ugly sweaters. With inspiration from old school patterns our lead designer, Kyle Troutman, whipped this pattern together and off we went. The simplistic pattern is more complex than it looks, placed together with a bit map and hand doodles than ran as a two layer image was a first for us here at OSKY.

Placements were difficult but we made it work. With enough interest these shirts could be under your tree this coming Christmas season. Enjoy and Be Merry. Happy Holidays from the OSKY team.
